Radovan Karadžić has been sentenced to life in prison at an appeal court in The Hague for his role in mass killings of civilians in the conflict that tore Bosnia apart a quarter century ago.

I won't argue his case or question the questionable Court of International Justice in The Hague. But I will ask this question. Why is the man below, who is guilty of the same crimes, immune from prosecution? He — and the state he runs — have been engaged in genocide and ethnic cleansing for over 70 years. 

The man below goes scot-free after monumental criminal activity that rivals the legendary crimes of Adolph Hitler and the Nazis. 

The man below will be charged by his own government with embezzling millions of dollars not with killing tens of thousands or besieging millions of men, women, and children with the intention of exterminating them. His defense, "We were defending ourselves," is bogus. His regime has attempted to systematically erase the existence of the people it replaced in Palestine since 1948. That is the definition of ethnic cleansing and genocide.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the RICO Act or simply RICO, is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. This would certainly be applicable here. 

RICO won't be applied, of course. RICO is applicable to the State of Israel and to the United States of America itself. They rank 1 and 2 as the world's most-hated regimes.
