I want you to think of Tahiti while you are shovelling snow in Saskatoon. The Tahitians went to the French government and got a law passed to prevent non-Tahitians from buying a property in Tahiti. "If we sell our home, where are we going to live," they asked? Foreigners can lease a property for 99 years.
