HITLER & MUSSOLINI
Yes, that is Hitler & Mussolini in happier times. Hitler had just unified the German people "without firing a shot." That is something Bismarck failed to do. Mussolini had won Hitler's gratitude and friendship by ceding South Tyrol to the Third Reich. Churchill may have expressed admiration for Hitler rescuing Germany from the garbage dump of history. TIME magazine named Hitler the Man of the Year and put him on the cover. It was 1938. Hitler was a steadfast friend of Mussolini.
It is impossible to say anything about these two men discordant with prevailing propaganda, which paints cartoon characters. Laws exist that prevent examination of history. David Irving has been rejected from respectable academe, impoverished, and thrown into an Austrian prison. Zionists have power. So do Churchillians.
Happily, Stephen Kotkin has been free to write accurate history in his examination of Stalin. Kotkin tells us that the Treaty of Versailles was possible because both Russia and Germany were "flat on their backs." The Germans were destroyed by the Great War. The Russians, who had been taken over by the communists, were not even invited to participate.
Kotkin tells us that Neville Chamberlain "who cannot be rehabilitated" was pursuing the British strategy of walking back their own Treaty. The British wanted to bring Germany back into the international system. Britain wanted to bring Russia back in too. Chamberlain wondered, "If Germany is gone, how are we going to get the communists out of central Europe?" Chamberlain foresaw the Cold War. Churchill said he didn't want to look east and see nothing between the "White Cliffs of Dover and the White Snows of Russia."
Accurate history is not propaganda. All people are both good and bad. Everyone has some redeeming qualities. No one is without fault. All countries blacken their enemies while they coverup their own crimes. If that isn't what you see, you are looking at lies. Dig Deeper.
A prosperous, harmonious, and just future is only possible if built on an accurate understanding of the past. We have been living in a "Victor's Peace" since 1945.
IT HASN'T BEEN ALL THAT PEACEFUL AND WE HAVEN'T BEEN ALL THAT GOOD.
If anyone prevents access to ANYTHING,
they have something to hide that may be worth discovering.
You aren't supposed to examine Hitler or the HOLOCAUST? WHY?
It is long past time to look honestly at ourselves.
