WHERE ARE WE TODAY?

According to the projections by London's Imperial College COVID-19 Response Team, in the absence of a vaccine and drastic control measures, the disease may kill as many as 22 lakh people in the US and over 5 lakh in the UK.

lakh = 100,000

A lakh is a unit in the Indian numbering system equal to one hundred thousand. In the Indian convention of digit grouping, it is written as 1,00,000. For example, in India 150,000 rupees becomes 1.5 lakh rupees, written as ₹1,50,000 or INR 1,50,000. Wikipedia

So, the U.S. deaths might be as many as 2,200,000 and the U.K. deaths might be as many as 500,000 — or more — if drastic measures are not taken. Drastic measures were taken. Where are we today?

The U.K. COVID deaths as of 22 May 2020 were 36,393 not 500,000.

The U.S. COVID deaths as of 22 May 2020 were 95,906, not 2,200,000.

These projections were used to stampede most of the world's politicians over the cliff. They were not even close to accurate.

Herds went over the cliff obeying their leaders who demanded Lockdowns recommended by "experts" who had the ear of powerful people.

Heads should roll. The politicians are responsible along with the "experts" who mislead them and the voters who elected the politicians.

The people who are responsible for this catastrophe will try to claim deaths were prevented by the drastic measures they put in place. Sorry, boys and girls. A careful autopsy will show the drastic measures you introduced caused many of the deaths. The entire system everyone trusts should be deconstructed and discarded.

This includes the democratic kleptocracies that pretend to represent the people; the medical system that pretends to heal the sick; the propaganda industry that pretends to inform the people; the education system that pretends to educate children; the justice system that pretends to dispense justice; and the defence industry that pretends to defend everyone. That should cover the bases.

Oh, I forgot the money. How could I forget the printing press and the gun used to collect taxes? The entire rotten system runs on stolen money.

Socialism is not the answer. The USSR tried that. They tried really hard.
