Every government is staffed with useless parasites — they are the bureaucrats. They play games with the money the government stole from you, the taxpayer, after they keep some of the loot for themselves.  You are supposed to wrap your life around their whimsical notions or they will steal more with "fines" and threaten to have you put in jail. Does this make any sense? Everyone else — INCLUDING YOU — offers to sell something someone wants to buy at a price they agree to pay. Everyone lives by these rules, except criminals. No one else does what governments do. THINK about it.
