Another Legal Opinion

The medical industry, world-wide, hides behind statutes of limitation and other "legal" chicanery. People who need such protection reveal themselves to be criminals. They are not to be trusted with your money and certainly not with your life. Everyone needs to familiarize himself with the doctrine of accessory: anyone who ignores a crime or covers up a crime is as guilty as the perpetrator(s) of the crime. There are accessories before the fact and accessories after the fact. Anyone with a passing acquaintance with human nature knows what to expect when people are not responsible for what they do and are rewarded for doing it.

 Doctors in Canada have been protected since 1867 when the CMA started organizing doctors and doctors have been above the law since 1901 when the CMPA was set up by the CMA. Pharmaceutical companies in Canada are much better protected than the Mafia, which is protected. Canada is a place where organized crime and criminals are part of the Establishment. Conrad Black is one example. Vito Rizzuto is another. Canada does not deserve its wholesome image, which has been cultivated by the ruling élites that run everything.

Before I started taking statins, John N. Alport, MD, told me that "Zocor® has no side effects." He then ignored my complaints of severe pain for four years. The cause of my misery was always a big mystery to Alport. It was a mystery to me! Alport then referred me to others for pain for the next two years after another doctor diagnosed fibromyalgia which "is a controversial diagnosis," Alport opined when I told him. A few months after he had started me on Zocor®, Alport doubled the dose from 10 mg once a day to 20 mg once a day. It took me twenty years to recover from what Alport started in January 1992. I have reported this to every authority in Canada and to the media over the last ten years. I have been ignored by all. Alport continues to "practise medicine" and perform his comedy routine at the Pasqua Hospital where he tries to keep suffering patients in stitches. Alport may be a big joke, but he and his tribe are not funny.

Another Legal Opinion:

The product insert for Zocor® instructs the patient to immediately report any muscle pain to the prescribing doctor who will decide what to do because he is qualified to decide (and you, the patient, are not qualified because you are not a doctor). The physician's monograph instructs the physician to discontinue Zocor®:

Reducing the Risk of Myopathy/Rhabdomyolysis (on page 3)

1. General measures
All patients starting therapy with simvastatin, or whose dose of simvastatin is being increased, should be advised of the risk of myopathy and told to report promptly any unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness. Simvastatin therapy should be discontinued immediately if myopathy is diagnosed or suspected. [empasis has been added] The presence of these symptoms, and/or a CPK level > 10 times the upper limit of normal indicates myopathy. In most cases, when patients were promptly discontinued from treatment, muscle symptoms and CPK increases resolved. Periodic CPK determinations may be considered in patients starting therapy with simvastatin or whose dose is being increased, but there is no assurance that such monitoring will prevent myopathy.

Any physician failing to immediately discontinue Zocor® (simvastatin) or any other Statin drug when pain is reported commits a breach. He is guilty of the crime of endangering his patient by ignoring the instructions of the manufacturer of the drug. Drugs are approved by the FDA and allowed to be sold on the condition that untrue claims are not made, and warnings are not ignored. 

 Yet, doctors routinely violate these conditions while they ignore their patients' complaints about "side effects". Ignorant arrogance is the "standard of care." They do not care about you, but they don't want you to die either. That would be bad for business. You are an income opportunity to be milked like any other drug addict.

discontinue Zocor® the first day — over twenty    
years ago!   

Only people who read drug warnings are the victims, after the fact.

 Mevacor® and Lipitor® carry the same warnings as Zocor®. A survey of other Statins will yield the same warnings. They are the same drug, and they all work the same way by blocking the Mevalonate pathway AKA HMG-CoA reductase pathway.

The Saskatchewan "legal" system is a joke. Unfortunately, it does not carry any warnings. The Saskatchewan "legal" system is designed to protect "respectable" criminals like doctors Alport and Annandale who prescribed Zocor® and Lipitor® for me. Ast (the sneaky, fat, lying pharmacist) goes scot-free too along with the filthy-rich criminal drug lords, Merck and Pfizer. The Saskatchewan "legal" system fills the jails with Indians to keep everyone safe from Indians. Nobody is safe from doctors. Too bad for you if you don't know this, but now you have been warned. Saskatchewan is but one of ten Canadian provinces. BEWARE: All Canadian institutions are toxic in every Canadian province. The federal government in Ottawa is the worst.
