EYES FOLLOWUP

© MMXV V.1.0.1
by Morley Evans

Dear Julia,

I am going to send you my picture on the first day of school in 1952. You will see that I was a good little boy and I still am. Some girls think I am their bad boy. It's okay with me if they think so. Dr. Mervitz yesterday told me when I go to a doctor, I have to "be a good boy" and I must not "freak out the doctor."

I gave Dr. Mervitz the letter I wrote for you. Dr. Mervitz was freaked out. He told me that when I go to a doctor, "You must be a good boy." When the doctor asks how I am, I should answer with a smile, "I'm fine doctor." Doctors aren't God he told me, but it is clear from his attitude that Dr. Mervitz thinks doctors are gods. He explained that what happened to me with Lumigan® was an "idiosyncratic reaction." That might happen to one person in a million. It is just like being struck by lightning. Dr. Mervitz told me that doctors are sensitive people and that I don't want to hurt their feelings. Of course it doesn't matter what my feelings are or what a doctor might have done to me. Like gods, doctors are not responsible for anything. If something bad happens the patient may be suffering from paranoia or from a psychosomatic disorder. The patient might be lying or he could have suffered an "idiosyncratic reaction." In any case a doctor is never wrong and pharma-ceutical companies never put dangerous things on the market. All drugs have "side effects," he said. Dr. Mervitz told me he would refer me to a surgeon for cataract surgery if I promise to be a good boy when I go to see the surgeon. When the surgeon tells me to bark like a dog, I'm supposed to say, "Woof!" You don't want a surgeon to be upset, Dr. Mervitz concluded. You want the surgeon to feel happy. Otherwise his knife might slip accidentally on purpose.

So you can see that I am not a good boy after all. I am the boy who pointed out that the emperor has no clothes. No one wants to know that, especially the emperor and the people who made his clothes! Remember these lessons when you are a doctor, my love. I hope things are different in your country. Be careful. The Ukrainian nationalists may not be your only enemies. Idealistic people are a threat to bigots and idiots and you are idealistic like me.

Love,
- Morley

I thanked Dr. Mervitz for giving me an honest assessment of the medical system here in Regina and the quality of the doctors I could expect to find in Regina. I shook his hand. He was surprised. Dr. Mervitz confirmed my opinion that doctors in Regina should be avoided at all costs. I will continue to put as much distance between doctors like Dr. Mervitz and myself as possible. I lowered my guard when I went to Dr. Eidsness.

My friend Dr. Hardy, MD, (who is himself an enlightened doctor) provided this aphorism after he had read the foregoing: Q: What is the difference between God and a doctor? A: God doesn't think he's a doctor.

EYES

© MMXV V.1.1.4
by Morley Evans

I wrote this for my girlfriend, Julia, in Luhansk. She is a medical student at the Lugansk State Medical University. Julia had written that the side effects listed for Lumigan® are dilated pupils, darkened irises and longer eyelashes. You may find my reply to her letter interesting.

Darling Julia,

The diameter of the human iris is between 10.2 and 13 mm. The diameter of the human pupil ranges from 2 to 4 mm in bright light and 4 to 8 mm in darkness. The round black disks that covered my eyes were approximately 45 mm (2 inches) in diameter. They were black. They were round. They had fuzzy edges. I saw them the first morning after putting one drop of Lumigan® in each eye at bedtime as directed. The disks gradually went away when I stopped putting Lumigan® in my eyes. Since I discontinued Lumigan® several times during the 14 days between the day Lumigan® was prescribed by Dr. Eidsness and the examination he scheduled that was five days before Christmas 2013, I can unequivocally state that Lumigan® caused this bizarre optical effect. These apparitions were not darkening irises or dilated pupils. No doctor I've seen has ever heard of anything like this which raises the question: Was I given adulterated Lumigan® in a Lumigan® bottle?

What was it, Dr. Eidsness?

The ophthalmological industry has one valid theory regarding glaucoma, which is a multifactorial disease with many causes. Ophthalmologists know that aqueous fluid is constantly produced within the eye. When that fluid cannot get out, pressure builds up. Over time that pressure damages the optic disc which is inside the eye. Closed angle glaucoma becomes a medical emergency when pressure rises to alarming levels. Pharmaceutical drops are prescribed to lower intraocular pressure. Surgery is performed to open pathways to discharge aqueous fluid. Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) is much more common than closed angle glaucoma.

POAG affects about 1% of Americans so it is not very common either. In POAG, intraocular pressure is treated with drops and with surgery that may be required to open up the meshwork in the drainage canal in the corner of each eye. So-called normal tension glaucoma — which I have — defies this theory since there is no pressure to damage the optic disc. And as far as POAG is concerned, in the absence of any physical obstruction there is no explanation for rising intraocular pressure. There is general consensus that glaucoma is a slowly developing condition. It may take decades before a patient begins to notice he is losing his peripheral vision.

My macula were in good condition and so were my optic discs according to Dr. Giocoli, Dr. Bakouris and Dr. Eidsness. Dr. Garcia repaired a retinal tear in my right eye a few years ago. Before I put Lumigan® in my eyes, they all said I had "mild cataracts" that would not require attention for years. Dr. Giocoli said my eyes hadn't changed much since high school. I was still sometimes wearing the same glasses I got a few years after high school when I first saw her eight years ago! When I put Lumigan® in my eyes I was wearing the glasses that had been prescribed less than a year before. I got them from Dr. Gaucher's clinic with a prescription from Dr. Bakouris. I could see like an eagle with my new glasses. I took my glasses off to read, as I had been doing since I was five years old. I had super close-range vision. My left eye is now 3x more near-sighted than my right eye. All the doctors' reports are available upon request.

My glaucoma has been revealed by several different field tests. Tomography has illustrated that the optic nerve in each eye has been damaged. Intraocular pressure cannot damage the optic nerve which connects the eye to the brain. How would it do that? The eyes are part of the central nervous system. Neuropathy affects the optic nerves as it affects the other nerves in the body.

According to Dr. Patel, the ophthalmologist I saw at the Mao Clinic, NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO TREAT LOW TENSION GLAUCOMA. That's because they have no idea what is causing the problem. Dr. Patel suggested going to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester where they have been doing research on neuropathy affecting the optic nerves.

So why did Dr. Eidsness prescribe Lumigan® to lower the pressure in my eyes when the pressure is already low? There is no doubt that Dr. Eidsness screwed up my eyes with Lumigan®, the pharmaceutical drug from Allergan. Dr. Eidsness's treatment plan was to have me put Lumigan® in my eyes every night and to see him again in six months after an examination in two weeks. In January 2014, Dr. Gauche told me I had "cataracts of the fast-growing kind." My cataracts grew fast, all right. They grew in one night!

Dr. Eidsness is running a racket. Any vending machine could do what he does and it would cost a lot less than what it costs the government which pays his bills. If I were a crook I could do what Dr. Eidsness does after about twenty minutes of training: Put on a white lab coat, wear a stethoscope around my neck, talk wise and show patients my computer screen. Dr. Eidsness did not explain anything to me. I was left with the impression that this was becoming a medical emergency and I had to do something immediately. Dr. Eidsness left town the next day. When he returned, Dr. Eidsness did not take my calls. He made himself unavailable. Dr. Eidsness is responsible for the staff who work for him who laughed off the report I gave them the first morning and who told me, "People who don't take their drops go blind." Dr. Eidsness failed to show up at the examination he had scheduled after he had prescribed Lumigan®. Did he know something bad would happen?

I stopped taking Lumigan® and seeing Dr. Eidsness because I've been through this before. I have a Ph.D. in medical abuse here in Regina. With 68 years of direct medical experience in Regina, I outrank any doctor who relies on an argument from authority.

My own diagnoses is that Zocor® and Lipitor® damaged my optic nerves. Those drugs caused neuropathy throughout my body why not my optic nerves? My Statin Drugs condition lasted for almost 20 years. There are clinical studies that support the hypothesis that Statin Drugs damage nerves. Lumigan® caused my cataracts and other damage in one night after "one drop in each eye." There is no other possible conclusion. It wasn't moonbeams or death-rays from outer space. It was Eidsness and Lumigan® and the corrupt system that allows bad doctors to practice medicine in Saskatchewan. I say: "Off with their heads!"

I will go to Calgary or Edmonton for intraocular lens transplantation surgery. I may be able to escape the system here and the criminals who run it.

Show this to your professors, Julia, and see what they think. I am typing this with my face 6" from the screen. I am not happy.

On a happy note however: I love, love, love, your new picture, Julia! Thank you!!

- Morley

Julia

Julia is becoming a doctor because she wants to help people. Money is not important to Julia who says doctors in the Ukraine work long hours for low pay — the opposite of Regina which is the heart of Tommy Douglas Land where doctors jubilantly sing, "We're only in it for the money!" Julia is an optimistic and compassionate young lady. She will be a fine doctor because Julia is a fine human being. I am proud to know Julia and I love her! And Julia loves me, I'm happy to say!!

I want to see her! I hope I don't go blind!

These are the eye doctors I've visited since April 2007 when I decided to have my glasses updated by Carmela Giocoli, my friend from Kiwanis. I thought I could trust her. I would have been better off had I picked up some glasses off the rack at Walmart for $49.

THE UNKNOWN WAR

© MMXV V.1.1.2
by Morley Evans

The Unknown War hosted and narrated by Burt Lancaster. It was suppressed during the Cold War and the Soviet contribution in the Second World War is unknown — to us! It is not unknown to the Russians, of course. Just the other day, they commemorated the Soviet paratroops who fought the Nazis. My friends Anastasia in Sevastopol and Mariya in Vyshneve told me all about the celebration.

Wikipedia: background
IMDB: buy it
YouTube: watch it

The Soviet Union and the Republic of China paid the price in death and destruction for WWII — more than Germany and Japan which were bombed into the Stone Age. Wikipedia has some excellent articles.

A FEW MORE UNKNOWN FACTS:

Americans cannot claim to have saved the world in either WW I or WW II. Nor can we. They can claim to have collected all the marbles both times after the game. Cui Bono?

The British defeated the Germans in North Africa. They did it twice! Claude Auchinleck defeated Rommel at el Alamein. Then Bernard Montgomery defeated Rommel a second time at el Alamein. After the war, Churchill admitted he had made a mistake when he relieved The Awk who was sent to India.

The British never lost control of the Mediterranean. The Royal Navy destroyed the French Navy and the Italian Navy in operations that foreshadowed Pearl Harbor. Gibraltar and Malta resisted countless onslaughts. The American contribution was zero.

The Red Army and the Red Air Force whipped the Germans on the eastern front. They could have easily gone to the English Channel if the Americans and British had not blocked them. Stalin moved Soviet factories into Siberia where they were safe from the Germans. The best tank in WW II was the T-34. It was deadly, yet simple, cheap, and easy to mass-produce and repair in the field.

The (American) Office of Naval Intelligence cracked all the Japanese military codes months before Pearl Harbor which explains why the Japanese didn’t win even one naval battle after Pearl Harbor (which was a trap that had been set for Japan). The Japanese and Italian navies were the most modern and best equipped in the world in 1939. Japan had not lost a war in 300 years. Washington failed to warn the American commanders at Pearl Harbor and the British in Hong Kong — leaving them wide open to Japanese attack. General Douglas MacArthur in the Philippines was also ignored by Washington. Allies and Americans were collateral damage sacrificed to Grand Strategy. FDR, The Great Manipulator, famously said "Nothing in politics is an accident."

Indeed.

Germany had an excellent air defence system. Japan was defenseless. The psychopathic war criminal Curtis LeMay (who created the Strategic Air Command after the war) firebombed flat almost every Japanese city before the Americans dropped the atom bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Those cities had not been bombed before so their destruction would be impressive. Stalin wasn't impressed as Stalin was a psychopathic war criminal himself. War is not noble. Despite heroism, war is the enterprise of psychopaths and moral degenerates.

As revealed by Mikhail Gorbachev who opened the ultra secret Soviet archive, the Katyn Wood Massacre was committed by the Soviet NKVD operating under Joseph Stalin, exactly as Joseph Gobbles had announced after the mass grave was discovered by the advancing Nazi armies which overran Poland. Not everything the Nazis said was untrue. Not everything the Allies have said is true either. An examination of World War I and it's aftermath reveals many of the reasons behind what the Nazis did in World War II. Like it or not.

The US Navy deliberately ignored German U-boat attacks on shipping until one evening a ship blew up off the coast of a Florida beach and American newspapers started screaming. Admiral King and FDR then moved to do something about U-boats. They had been ignoring British intelligence derived from Enigma traffic which told them where the U-boats were located. Churchill, himself, had been sending this information directly to FDR! “The Germans are here and here. Drop bombs on them!” Nothing would happen. After the war, Admiral KIng was rewarded with honours by the Royal Navy!

With the British Empire destroyed, the United States became the "Leader of the Free World." The destruction of the British Empire was the main result of World Wars I and II. WAS IT THE MAIN PURPOSE of those wars? By 1945, Washington had finished the job Washington had started in 1776!

My Uncle Fred told me that he worked in the huge central parts depot of the British Army. It supplied parts for everything that moved. During the Battle of Britain he and other soldiers there watched German planes fly over them on their way to bomb London. They wondered why the Germans didn't drop their bombs on them.  That would have seriously damaged the British Army. He asked: Are Germans that dumb?

Why did Hitler allow the British Army to be evacuated at Dunkirk? It easily could have been destroyed. The Dieppe Raid was a fiasco. What was that about? Who won WW II? Germany and Japan have done well as American vassals. Great Britain became the United Kingdom. It's industries are owned by Germans.

Revisionist history debunks official history which is usually nothing more than a pack of lies, omissions and half-truths to make the winners look good. Henry Ford said "History is bunk." Napoleon said, "History is a set of mutually-agreed-upon lies."

The lesson here is this: Organizations have lives of their own which surpass the lives of the people who serve them. History records the activity that was undertaken to serve the goal of destroying the British Empire. Once set in motion the plan was unstoppable. Washington was a man. Washington is an organization, a collection of institutions in and around the city that bears Washington's name and embodies his plan. The puppets come and go but the plan is relentlessly fulfilled even when the puppets are unaware of what they are doing.

The puppet master is unknown and unknowable — it is abstract. The puppets imagine they control their own actions like those of the puppets under their control. They do not. We live in The Matrix, which is a meta-system. "Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do."

Paul Craig Roberts

© MMXV V.1.0.1
by Morley Evans

When the Soviet Union evaporated in 1991 and Russia awakened from the nightmare that had begun in 1917, Russians expected to be warmly greeted by the West. After all, Russia was embracing markets, freedom, democracy, justice, international co-operation and peace.

Instead, Russia was surrounded by wolves and the true intentions of the West were exposed at last. Some operators in Washington have been bent on Russia's destruction since Czarist times. Washington has been patiently building its one-world empire since 1776.

Paul Craig Roberts uniquely understands the most important political-economic conditions in the world today. Here is his prescription for peace and prosperity:

A Prescription for Peace and Prosperity — Paul Craig Roberts

A Prescription for Peace and Prosperity
Paul Craig Roberts
The question is often asked: “What can we do?” Here is a prescription for peace and prosperity.
We will begin with prosperity, because prosperity can contribute to peace. Sometimes governments begin wars in order to distract from unpromising economic prospects, and internal political stability can also be dependent on prosperity.
