Yes, folks, the boys an girls in Washington and Tel Aviv cooked up this one. It's part of their continuing Chicken Little Story. They keep you terrorized so you will run to them to be saved from the bogyman. "Save me save me," you whimper. You feeble cowardly whimpering snots are disgusting. You're stupid too.
Most, if not all, of the terrorist attacks we see on the "news" are false flag operations. Those which are actually committed by our reputed enemies are "blow back" retaliation for things our heroes have done to them. A false flag operation that kills one's own people is blamed on someone else, the enemy du jour.
Would a government and its "security forces" kill its own people? You bet it would and does. False flag attacks are very useful in controlling a population. The government is not your friend if you are not a member of the 1% ruling class.

ISIS is a US-Israeli creation, a fact as clear as the sky is blue. It’s a truth as black and white as the colors on their flag. For many alternative news readers, this may be patently obvious, but this article is written for the large majority of people in the world who still have no idea who is really behind the rise of ISIS. No matter which name they go by – ISIS, ISIL, IS or Daesh – the group has been deliberately engineered by the US and Israel to achieve certain geopolitical goals.
