The Troika is currently made up of the European Central Bank (ECB), the European Commission (EC), and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
So-called bailouts made to countries are Ponzi Schemes as described by John Perkins in Confessions of an Economic Hitman. Loans are but one of the weapons of economic warfare and colonialism: "capitalism" run amok.
Other weapons available are bribry, blackmail, threats, coup de tats, fifth columns, assassination, fomenting internal unrest, espionage, occupation, false flag attacks, rigged elections and, when necessary, military invasion and carpet bombing. Washington uses all of these. James Jesus Angleton said the CIA is a palace with many rooms.
Some of these rooms are halls of mirrors.
Washington has many palaces with many rooms. Wall Street banks and the U.S. Treasury manufacture Washington's money "out of thin air." The American Dream is manufactured on Madison Avenue and in Hollywood. Thought is tightly controlled in the land of free speech. Americans who don't fit in are marginalized, jailed and killed if necessary. Remember JFK? No one is safe. Can this juggernaught be stopped?
Possibly:
The world's (the American) financial system will collapse. No one can predict when this will happen, but it is inevitable. And collapse is imminent.
Will they try to use war to save themselves? It has always worked before. War will be nuclear this time.
