Many Canadians were shocked last weekend when the police state revealed itself in Toronto wearing black uniforms, helmets with visors and gas masks. They stood behind shield walls and wore body armour. Even their horses wore visors.

These people do not exist to protect you, my friend. They exist to protect the man with the shifty eyes and the smarmy smile. Their guns, tear gas and truncheons protect him and his friends, from you.
