Learn and Live

© MMXII V.1.1.7

Dr. Malcolm Kendrick, M.D. and others have demonstrated that there is no connection between cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. "None at all." Does this mean you can eat and do anything you want without any fear? No, that is not what it means. What does it mean, then? What should you eat and do?

First, it means that the greatest risk to your health and well-being is your doctor and the rest of the pharmaceutical industry including agribusiness that creates the food we eat and insurance companies and governments that pay for the medical care we buy. Doctors promote nostrums whose raison d'être is making money for themselves and the pharmaceutical companies, not your health and welfare. They really could not care less about you. Don't believe it? Just challenge them and you will find out how much they care. They will choose money over you every time. This is a very serious charge, but they are silent because they have no answer. They are protected. They don't have to answer. This is organized crime.

Second, it means that you need to learn and live by listening to the people who have been arresting and reversing cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, insomnia, multiple sclerosis and addiction to alcohol and drugs.  Who could these miracle workers be and why don't you know about them?

You don't know about them because you are brainwashed by the "free press" which is owned by such interests as the pharmaceutical industry. Take a look at who is paying for what you watch and read, the advertisers: He who pays the fiddler chooses the songs he plays as well as the songs he doesn't play.

A long — and growing — list of responsible medical doctors who care about their patients has broken free of the pharmaceutical industry and its billions. They have joined other health professionals to say what conventional medicine has always said: "You are what you eat."

Eat mostly (or perhaps exclusively) fruits and vegetables with some grains, seeds and nuts. Sparingly eat animal products or avoid them altogether. Avoid sugar, sweeteners and processed food. Eat fresh, organic, locally grown and raw. Hydrate by drinking lots of pure water, at least 8 glasses a day and more if you exercise strenuously. Get exposure to sunshine. Let simplicity be your guide.

Modern man suffers from a deficiency of micronutrients and phytochemicals as well as the toxicity and inactivity that comes with modern living. Stress kills. This all creates chronic malnutrition.

You don't have to be sick. If you are sick, get well. Learn and Live:

If you live north of the 40th North Parallel, you are seriously challenged. Nothing you eat grows eight months (or less) of the year where you live. Your food must be preserved, canned, processed, frozen or transported as far as tens of thousands of miles to get it to you. Your fresh food is a miracle of modern food handling, but it is not fresh. You don't get any useful sunshine eight months of the year — or less.

If you live on Pringles potato chips and drink Diet Coke or beer while you watch TV, you are doomed. Going to the doctor won't save you.

Juice PLUS+ offers you a unique solution to most of your food-related nutritional problems. Juice PLUS+ is supported by a growing list of Gold-Standard Third Party Randomized Placebo-Controlled Clinical Studies that have been Published in mainstream Peer-Reviewed medical and scientific journals. Juice PLUS+ content and quality is certified by NSF.

Juice PLUS+ is a source of micronutrients and phytochemicals not a substitute for eating good food. Juice PLUS+ does not claim it will treat or cure any specific disease. Juice PLUS+ will promote general good health.

Board Certified Medical Doctors endorse Juice PLUS+. They share the theme that nutrition matters with a Whose Who of healthcare professionals who successfully treat serious chronic disease. A few of them are listed below. All are independent of Juice PLUS+. Learn and Live.
