"You don't have to be sick!" My 200 pound Deadlift. Yowsa! I was already the "most improved" at the gym, after having been in a coma in 2000. I have now officially left the ranks of the weak and sick. What I eat and what I don't eat may have something to do with this. I think it does, whatever some might say. I take no drugs and see no doctors. Let's see how I am 12 months from now. Will I be squatting 220 pounds in September on my 66th birthday? I probably will. The total weight I lifted today was 6135 pounds.
