No, the most popular car in China is not the Maozedongmobile. It is Buick!
According to the World Heath Organization (WHO), the Chinese kill 600 people A DAY in motor vehicle "accidents". Americans used to kill 50,000 a year which is only 140 a day. This has dropped to only 30,000 a year. Automobiles for the masses are relatively new in China and they are working on driver safety. We have been driving cars for over 100 years.

Dr. Esselstyn is another person who thinks that fruits and vegetables prevent disease and cure disease once it gets started. Radical treatment is required that may be too difficult for the average person. Dr. Esselstyn recommends eating fruits and vegetables and avoiding sugar and "anything with a mother or a face."
Caldwell Esselstyn, MD, chief of surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, discusses his 18-year study whereby he reversed severe heart disease in every patient in his program -- who had all been sent home to die by their cardiologists. Dr. Esselstyn shows you how by changing your diet you can prevent and reverse heart disease. A low-fat plant-based (vegetarian) diet is the key.
Pretty radical stuff: eat fruit and vegetables. Is he crazy or are they?

Johnson & Johnson

I bought a bottle of Rogaine® after seeing yet another ad saying Rogaine® grew hair in 85% of the men who used it twice a day for four months. I decided to give it a try until Christmas. One bottle is used each month. It cost less than $20 at Shoppers Drug Mart. Wary of side effects, I read everything. Since it is applied topically on the scalp, I wasn't too worried. After about three weeks I gradually became itchy. My arms, shoulders back and chest started to drive me nuts, though my scalp was not particularly itchy. I decided I must be allergic to Rogaine®. The itch mostly went away the day after I stopped using Rogaine® so I was certain that was the problem. I would have to take an antihistamine to reduce the histamine that had built up to get rid of the itching completely. The product insert warns users to stop using Rogaine® if one is allergic to any of its ingredients.
I filled out a report with Health Canada and another with Johnson & Johnson. (Not to be confused with SC Johnson in Racine, Wisconsin.) I received nothing from Health Canada, but Johnson & Johnson sent me an eMail the next day saying they were very sorry their product had not helped me and that they would appreciate me calling a toll-free number to talk to an Agent at their Customer Care Center. I phoned the next day and talked to a friendly and helpful woman who told me that Johnson & Johnson tries very hard to look after its customers and both she and Johnson & Johnson are very sorry I found their product unsatisfactory. She asked me how much I paid for Rogaine®. I said I hadn't found the bill yet, but it was probably less than $20. The Agent said Johnson & Johnson will send me a cheque for $16.99 if that would be okay. I was surprised.
A few days later, a cheque arrived from Johnson & Johnson (RBC Place Ville-Marie, Montréal) for $16.99 CDN. I sent an eMail to Johnson & Johnson thanking them.
I Googled "Johnson & Johnson Zocor" to see if Johnson & Johnson had a Statin Drug of its own. I was dismayed to learn that Merck has entered into an agreement with Johnson & Johnson to sell Zocor as an "over-the-counter" drug in the United Kingdom. I will write to the CEO of Johnson and Johnson, William C. Weldon, to tell him about my experience with Zocor and Merck et al who could not care less what happens to anyone stupid enough to deal with them: beware Johnson & Johnson.
I bought an antihistamine (Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25 mg) from the drugstore in River Heights Shopping Centre. It knocked me for a loop but got rid of most of my itchiness. The next day, I took a Bell anti-allergy herbal capsule that worked better than the pharmaceutical drug. I took another Bell capsule the next day and my itchiness was totally gone. There were no side effects from the herbs.
Johnson & Johnson gets an A++ on its report card. Merck gets an F minus on its report card along with an Order to "Go directly to jail and pay Morley Evans a gazillion bazillion dollars for the pain and suffering you caused, you filthy bastards." Pharmaceutical products continue to get a zero. Herbal medicine continues to get an A+. Johnson & Johnson gets an A++ so far.

Yesterday (20110826) at Gold's Gym Regina South
In June 2000 I was in a coma. When I came home from the hospital, I had thrush, which I got in the hospital, and I weighed 115 pounds. I had been in pain and next to dead for the preceding eight years. By the Grace of God, today I weigh 160 pounds. I am getting healthier and getting stronger every day. Last time I checked my blood pressure was 111/75 and my pulse was 75. My cholesterol is an astounding 9.6 mMl/L. Many things helped me, but the only supplement I still take is Juice PLUS+.

I have found that Juice PLUS+ COMPLETE an hour before and immediately after a workout makes a huge difference. Most athletic trainers recommend extra protein, like whey and raw eggs, but the authors of the China Study, maintain that animal protein is problematic. Juice PLUS+ COMPLETE is vegetable protein with Juice PLUS+ powders. When I was in Japan in 1970, dairy products had only recently been introduced. Beef was too expensive to eat very often, if ever. Japanese lived on rice and fish with vegetables and fruit. Dr. Mitra Ray on Juice PLUS+ www.morleyevansjuiceplus.com
The China Study is a 2005 book by T. Colin Campbell, Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University, and his son, Thomas M. Campbell II. It examines the relationship between the consumption of animal products and illnesses such as cancers of the breast, prostate, and large bowel, diabetes, coronary heart disease, obesity, autoimmune disease, osteoporosis, degenerative brain disease, and macular degeneration.

Why Would Anyone Do That?

Here's a thought: http://www.MorleyEvans2.com/Debunk/Hypercholesterolemia.pdf
Sometimes it takes me a long time to think through a problem, but the essay "Debunk" linked above cuts the Gordian Knot and destroys the theory and the empire that has been built on it for the past fifty years. Can there be "tens of thousands of miles of arteries?" There are over 100,000 miles of blood vessels in the human circulatory system. Half of them are arteries that take blood away from the heart and half of them are veins that return blood to the heart. So there are about 50,000 miles of arteries. Capillaries are included on both sides of the system. Stretched out in one line they would circle the earth two and a half times.
Why does that matter?
Cholesterol (which is inside lipoproteins) fills the entire circulatory system yet plaques occur in isolated infinitesimally small locations (compared to the entire system) and only in arteries. Arteriosclerosis is a serious problem. Cholesterol has nothing to do with it.
Following fraudster Ancel Keys, Merck pursued the idea that cholesterol causes cardiovascular disease and developed a drug to lower cholesterol. With Mevacor® (Lovastatin), Merck created the most profitable class of pharmaceutical drugs in history. They changed the food industry world-wide. Now that the patent for Zocor® (Simvastatin) has expired, Merck has lowered the price to start selling Zocor® as an "over-the-counter" drug that anyone can buy. Merck has entered into a partnership with Johnson & Johnson to market Zocor® throughout the United Kingdom. It has just been approved so pharmacies can start poisoning Britons from Land's End to John o' Groats.
As well as a host of other side effects, cholesterol lowering drugs (Statins) cause horrific birth defects in babies born to mothers unwise enough to take them, but Big Pharma is even lobbying in the United Kingdom to put Statins in the water supply. It would be their contribution to population control. Remember Thalidomide? They still make and sell it to people in the Third World. Irresponsible? Greedy? Statins would be much worse. Think of babies with two heads or babies with no heads. Elderly people who have low cholesterol die. Better Living With Chemistry?
I, myself, have very high cholesterol (9.6 mMol/L), yet I keep getting stronger and healthier. On Thursday, I bench pressed 50 pound dumbbells and completed a total lift of 6.1 tons. I still feel great four days later! Today I'm doing ball squats. In a week, I will be 64 years old. I no longer have any health problems since I got rid of Statin Drugs and the doctors who prescribed them. You'd think someone would want to know about this.
Statin Drugs lower cholesterol. Why would anyone do that?

Why You Got Fat
© MMXI V.1.0.4
by Morley Evans
Sugar and simple carbohydrates (starch), which quickly convert into sugar, make you fat, not fat. The recipe for modern diseases is sugar combined with a sedentary lifestyle. Simply put, modern living — cars, TV and Coca-Cola — are a deadly combination. To these, add pharmaceutical drugs taken to "treat" these modern diseases, stress, a plethora of man-made chemicals, and radiation (mostly from medical sources) and you have big problems. To avoid disease — and to treat disease — start by avoiding sugar and embracing whole-food nutrition. Go to a gym. Exercise regularly (3 times a week). Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Pharmaceutical drugs and doctors cannot make you well. They can only temporarily relieve some of your symptoms while they create more disease later.
So-called modern living has been created in the West since 1945. As countries like China have become more prosperous, people who can afford modern living are developing modern diseases. Sparingly eat animal protein or go vegan. Ease and excess breed modern disease.

¡Poor Mexico!

This is one of history's great aphorisms:
Díaz is usually credited with the saying, "¡Pobre México! ¡Tan lejos de Dios y tan cerca de los Estados Unidos!" (Poor Mexico, so far from God and so close to the United States!), although there is little evidence that Diaz made this remark. Even Díaz biographer Paul Garner has noted that when the saying is attributed to Diaz, no source is typically given.[9]

They Died In Vain

Hello Elizabeth,
DURING THE WAR IN VIETNAM, protest flourished, not in some small part because Richard Nixon had assumed ownership of Lyndon Johnson's war and the Democrats saw an opportunity to take power back from the Republicans, while they pretended for the next forty years that LBJ had never existed — yet much of the protest about the war and about civil rights was sincere. The media came alive as never before. Sadly, after Watergate, the State soon figured out how to stuff the genie back into its bottle and regain control of the hearts and minds of Americans and Canadians, the only hearts and minds that really matter to thems what owns us.
Fortunately, back then the so-called Department of Defence (specifically, DARPA) also invented the Internet and it has taken over where the media of the sixties left off. The State hasn't figured out how to shut down the internet yet. They are working on it. Meanwhile, the State has to learn to live with people like Ray McGovern.
Ray McGovern works with Tell the Word, the publishing arm of the ecumenical Church of the Saviour in inner-city Washington. In the Sixties he served as an infantry/intelligence officer and then became a CIA analyst for the next 27 years. He is on the Steering Group of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS). Christians do not have a very good record of following the teachings of Jesus, I am afraid. This is not something new, either. Jesus said that what he taught was not easy to understand so he tried to make His lessons clear with parables. I think His message is pretty obvious, but what do I know? During our service I pray for our troops to return home safely to their loved ones and for our "leaders" to be enlightened: They who send troops to far off places to kill people who have never so much as thrown a stone at us. I pray for them: for our victims who have been dispossessed, starved, orphaned and slaughtered. I may not know much, but I know right from wrong.
Helping refugees is worthwhile. I'm glad to hear our parish has undertaken helping two Iraqi refugees (a woman and her grown-up daughter) who are now living in a camp in Syria. One can look at Palestine to learn how long refugees can live in camps. Of course, the best way to help people is to avoid turning them into refugees in the first place. The mind boggles when it is confronted with what we do and what we have done. Perhaps that is why we don't look and why we don't want to know. I have just been reviewing Japan, August 1945, on this the 66th anniversary of The Great Victory of '45.

Hello Elizabeth,
You can see your video on my Blog at http://morleyevans.blogspot.com/2011/08/my-fellow-american.html
I think it speaks for itself. The Rev. John Hagee, Hillary Clinton, Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh and the others do all the speaking that is necessary.
I'm glad you saw my post about the Norwegian terrorist. Here are a few more articles:
