This is the first cucumber grown in my Tower Garden. I was surprised to find it hanging there this evening. The other vines have only yellow flowers. The plant came from a tiny seed. This cucumber is 7 inches long and ready to eat. It is a miracle! This is more exciting than lettuce.

I sliced it into 3/8" sections and soaked them in white vinegar for an hour. Delicious.
